KUALA LUMPUR 4 Sept. - Ibu Menteri Pertahanan, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, Tun Suhailah 

Tan Sri Noah meninggal dunia hari ini di Pusat Perubatan KPJ Damansara di sini pada pukul 12.30 pagi tadi.

Allahyarham, 82, juga isteri kepada bekas Perdana Menteri ketiga, Allahyarham Tun Hussein Onn.

Jenazah Allahyarham Tun Suhailah akan dibawa ke kediaman No. 19, Cangkat Tunku di sini sebelum 

disolat dan dikebumikan di Masjid Negara tengah hari nanti.

Jenazah Allahyarham Tun Suhailah diusung keluar dan dikebumikan di Makam Pahlawan 
berdekatan dengan makam suaminya Perdana Menteri Malaysia Ketiga, Tun Hussein Onn.

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has expressed condolences to Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein over the passing of the latter's mother, Tun Suhailah Mohamad Noah.

In a post on his Facebook account, Najib said he shared in the grief over the loss of Tun Suhailah, who is an aunt of his.

"I was shocked at the news of the passing of my aunt, Tun Suhailah Mohd Noah, the mother of Hishammuddin Hussein, early today.

"My condolences to Hishammuddin Hussein and family; I share in the grief.

Praying for the repose of her soul. Al-Fatihah," he wrote.

Tun Suhailah laid to rest at Heroes Mausoleum

KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Suhailah Mohamad Noah, widow of Malaysia's third prime minister Tun Hussein Onn, who died early today, was laid to rest at the Heroes Mausoleum at the National Mosque here.

Suhailah, mother of Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin, passed away at 12.30 am at the KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital. She was 82.

Her remains were brought in an armed forces hearse to the mosque at about noon from her residence at No. 19, Jalan Changkat Tunku, Bukit Tunku, here.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who is a nephew of Suhailah, and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, attended the funeral at the Heroes Mausoleum. - Bernama
